In the heart of Shanghai’s coveted Jing’An District, Park Avenue Central sets a new standard in mixed-use precincts, providing tenants and visitors with fresh, diverse experiences. This future-focused, fully integrated development blends premium office space with retail and hospitality in a vibrant, green public landscape.

We worked with Keppel Land, one of Asia’s leading developers, on every aspect of this landmark commercial precinct from urban design and landscape to architecture and interiors. The development sets the sustainability bar high by creating a place that boosts the health and wellbeing of occupants while enhancing the city. 

Park Avenue Central takes inspiration from Shanghai’s culture and character, and its unexpected yet abundant nature. It’s this duality of modernity and tradition that makes Shanghai one of the most unique cities in the world, a quality reflected across the design with the creation of new public spaces — from intimate moments to generous squares and terraces, connected to branded food and beverage offerings, shopping experiences and the new Grade A commercial tower which rises into the dense and busy skyline.
