[Description]
A slender chair, reminiscent of an existentialist sculpture, rests on a circular stone terrace nestled in the heart of a square of lush green grass. This place invites contemplation of presence and absence, permanence and change. A concave and inclined reflective surface made of stainless steel traverses the scene. The central element of the artwork, it transforms simple observation into an interactive experience. The coldness of the metal contrasts with the organic grass and stone, symbolizing the meeting point between humanity, nature, and technology. The concave shape distorts reflections, blurring the boundary between reality and illusion. Like a funhouse mirror, this surface compresses the environment, drawing the viewer into another dimension. Sky and earth seem to twist and merge on the reflective surface, highlighting the relativity of boundaries. The interplay of shadows and light, changing with the movement of the sun, accentuates the fluidity of these limits. The viewer witnesses the coexistence of the real and the illusory, questioning their own perception. The work juxtaposes straight lines and curves, natural and artificial materials, reality and reflection, thus exploring the notion of boundaries. The distorted reflection of the viewer merges with the artwork, transforming them into an integral part of it. They transcend their role as a passive observer, meditating on the relationship between subject and object, envisioning communication and coexistence in a post-human future where humanity, nature, and technology interact harmoniously.
