Are landmarks exist as specific objects? Isn’t it ture that the city, landscapes around us, could be a wonderful land mark themselves? I want to propose one circular form. And I justify that views through the form could be a new land mark. And lots of lens with different indexes of refraction are located in the center of the form. The land mark can be emphasized as distorted views through the lens again from outside. In the observatory platform, visitors can look around the distorted city landscapes through the lens.
